Protectorships
IPG can provide either an individual, corporate or protector committee to a trust or foundation. We can assist persons who have accepted an appointment as protector in the fulfillment of their day to day duties. We will accept the appointment as a successor protector. We act as an authorized applicant (enforcer) to a purpose trust. Our services include;
- Providing consent or otherwise to actions proposed by trustees
- Reviewing financial statements and other documents as provided by trustees
- Periodic review of trust and reporting to settlor / beneficiaries thereon.
- Attending settlor / trustee meetings
Trust Consultancy
IPG can be retained as consultant prior to or post the establishment of an estate or inheritance planning structure. Our services include:
- Review of legal documents and commenting thereon
- Conduct on-site review of structure and provide written report
