ANDREW D. LAW, TEP - CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Andrew D. Law is the Chief Executive Officer of International Protector Group Limited, an independent estate and inheritance planning consultancy specialising in the provision of protectors and related services to trusts and foundations.
Andrew has more than twenty five years experience in the international trust industry having been active in Guernsey, Switzerland and The Bahamas where he worked for Credit Suisse Trust. As Managing Director of Credit Suisse Trust Bahamas, he established a fully operational and integrated subsidiary for the CS Group.
Andrew is also a former director of the Bahamas Financial Services Board (BFSB); past Chairman of the Association of International Banks and Trust Companies in The Bahamas (AIBT) and the current Chairman of The Nassau Conference (2005-2009)

Tanya Thompson began her career in 1990 at Chase Manhattan Bank & Limited (now JPMorgan Chase), where she drew up the firm's Trust and Company Procedures Manual.
In 1997 she joined Coutts (Bahamas) Limited (now SG Hambros Bank & Trust (Bahamas) Limited where she was Senior Companies Administrator responsible for the compliance and maintenance of all companies managed by the Bank. In 2004 Tanya joined Oceanic Bank and Trust Limited as Fiduciary Officer, where she was responsible for the administration of a variety of trusts, companies, foundations and policy holding entities.
Tanya holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration from Sojourner Douglas College and is studying for a Masters of Business Administration at Nova Southeastern University. She is also a member of STEP and holds a Diploma in International Management.

Lisa Thompson left legal school with a doctorate in law in 1997 and commenced her career with McKinney Bancroft and Hughes in Nassau before moving to Callenders. In 2000 she was appointed Head of Legal and Compliance at Credit Suisse Trust where she was responsible for ensuring all aspects of the firm's business complied with Bahamian and Credit Suisse regulations.
She then moved on to Lombard Odier Darier Hentsch where she was the Compliance & Money Laundering Reporting Officer before joining IPG in 2009.
Lisa is a member of The Bahamas, Jamaica, Florida and America Bar Associations.

Laytonia Sands was educated at the College of The Bahamas in Nassau and in 2004 she graduated with a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Nova Southeastern University in Florida. After eight years with Santander Bank & Trust Limited as Client Accountant, Laytonia joined IPG in 2008. At IPG she is responsible for the Group's corporate financial reporting and for the firm's wide variety of client accounting.
Laytonia is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and is currently studying for her CPA examinations
